5-Axis CNC Machining

5-Axis CNC Machining

Our world-class DMG DUO BLOCK 5-Axis CNC Machines combine high-accuracy turning and 5-axis milling in a single machine to significantly reduce setup times and improve overall efficiency. The end result for nuclear or power energy CNC machining? Exceptional accuracy and precision, even for challenging components like turbine blades and combustor liners.

CMM Inspection Services

CMM Inspection Services

CMM inspection services are essential for the precision and quality of CNC machined parts, particularly for high-tolerance power generation applications. Toolcraft offers Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to accurately measure and verify the dimensions, tolerances, and geometric features of CNC components. We have the equipment and capability to confirm conformance and supply digitally generated CMM reports for anything we are able to machine.

Vertical Turning

Vertical Turning

Toolcraft leads the industry in vertical turning. We offer solutions for parts up to 93” in diameter, 63” tall, and up to 33,000 lbs. We take an innovative approach and are capable of handling a wide range of parts from heavy and robust to thinner, less stable parts in a wide variety of materials used in power generation machining.

Horizontal Milling

Horizontal Milling

Our horizontal milling machines can handle parts up to 44,000 lbs and a work envelope of 118 x 90 x 90. Our machines feature advanced tool presetting technology to ensure accurate tool data before machining begins, minimizing defects and improving precision.
